An anniversary is a party and it needs to be celebrated. We are the specialists in celebrating. We ensure that everyone becomes part of the milestone.
For an employee celebration, it can be a one-off. That's why we recommend involving employees in the anniversary from the very beginning of the organisation. How does it work?
With your input we build a game in our UP Digital app, using different gamification techniques. This way they can earn points and keep track of each other’s score.
The game can consist of one game or a game with different parts that can be played weekly for example. The participants are given assignments, questions and can, for example, record an audio or video file for the jubilee.
To keep the excitement going, we recommend adding a prize draw to the game. Success guaranteed!
