Have you ever thought about adding a playful element during the preliminary process of an event or meeting? It is an ideal time to get your guests in the mood, to start the anticipation, and to start a ''buzz'' among, for example, colleagues. An ideal weapon against the no-show.

How a pre-event game works

Two weeks before the start of the event, all participants will receive a Postcard by post (or digitally by mail). They scan the QR code with their phone, and become part of a game that lasts up to a day before the event!

After logging in, all players come up with a nice alias and the game starts. The participants will find common event details such as dates, program, location, dress code and showtimes.

But also get nice assignments and issues for their choice. For example, they make an augmented photo (selfie) with their +1 that can be seen live on the results page!

Unlock the explanation of the 2-week game, in which participants collect points by playing all kinds of rounds with mini-games: backward played music fragment guessing, puzzles & riddles, and issues. The challenges are released on various days and at times.

The ranking with scores, results and visual material can be followed live. The photo and video assignments also appear here. You can, of course, link a nice prize or surprise to this during the event. The top 5 participants with the highest scores recently received VIP treatment during the event.

Of course, these kinds of details and the set-up of such a gamification concept can be played with. The content of the pre-event game, just like the duration and number of participants, can be put together entirely according to your wishes.

There is a basic game, which we can vary with and further tailor if desired. Questions about vision, core values, company culture, or the content of speakers, we add effortlessly!
