Do you want to know everything about concept development and gamification? Do you often have new ideas that you also want to be able to implement yourself? Then this awesome internship is for you.

We boost the company’s recruitment, onboarding, strategy, team buildings, events and much more with our gamification tools. However, we are always on the lookout to develop new concepts.

Together with a great team you can brainstorm, test, and share ideas. And in the end you will build and design the best gamification experience that fits the client’s needs.  

Furthermore, you will also be customizing our current concepts for new clients. Let’s make it a game!

Requirements for intern

• HBO education with corresponding thinking and working level
• Flexible work attitude, no 9 to 5 mentality
• Minimum internship period of 20 weeks
• At least 4 days a week
• Dutch residence permit
