After the success of the structure and method of our previous online games, we are now launching an interactive vitality game. The vitality game can be played both online and physically. It is a game in which we take our employees out of their daily routine and get them moving (outside)!
It seems like a very simple thing to do, but in practice it is easier said than done. The game activates employees and shows them in a fun way what is involved in a vital lifestyle.
The game is divided into five themes that participants get to work with: Environment, Movement, Personal, Nutrition and Brain. In teams of 4 or 5 people, participants are given various individual and group assignments to choose from.
Multiple choice and open questions, riddles, puzzles, and photo and video assignments are all included. Each participant can start from their own home or other workplace. The game can be played simultaneously all over the world.

How it works
Supplies:
- Laptop with camera and internet for interaction.
- Smartphone or tablet with our Game App to play the game (free download via App store / Play store)
Two days before the event you will receive from us the instruction e-mail with participation link for the online meeting. This should be forwarded to all participants.
During the game, participants gather in an online video meeting, ideally via Zoom, otherwise via Microsoft Teams or Webex. After the online kick-off, with the instructor and game video, teams of 4 or 5 people are formed to battle it out. The groups are placed in online break-out rooms and work together on 25-30 challenging puzzles, riddles & fun photo/video assignments. Each player has 5 to 6 team assignments on his screen in which he is in charge. Together with your teammates you must complete these assignments to score points. In addition, there is a part of the game where participants activate questions outside by making meters. After 75 minutes all teams return to the main meeting. There we provide a presentation of the created footage by all teams and announce the winner!
The online vitality game can also be played as an online energizer.
